There are many symptoms of a settled foundation, but two of the most common are cracked walls, and doorways and window frames that stick.  A homeowner in Russia, Ohio was suffering from these issues, and was referred to us by a major concrete company.

Upon inspection, we noticed that the foundation was very shallow and had a very large concrete footing.  We started the job by cutting the footing, then installed nine helical piers.  Each pier was drilled 28 into the load bearing soil beneath the home, which lifted the foundation back into place.  The house is now stable, and its closet doors no longer stick in their frames.
